The Foundation is pleased to have approved the following 2008 allocations:
- 4th - 5th grade art program: $21,978
- 1st - 3rd reading rotation: $22,290
- 1st - 5th grade music: $26,000
Total of $70,268
The allocation process is always a difficult decision making effort for the Foundation but it was unanimous among the allocation committee that this was the best use of the funds raised this fiscal year.
We would like to acknowledge all the members of the Operating Committee and Board of Directors, particularly Mollie Beeman, Christina Olsen and their team, who put so much effort into raising the funds this year.
Please remember to mark your calendars for the Annual Board of Director's meeting that will be held June 5th at 6 pm at Café Vista. We are always looking for volunteers, so please consider getting involved or referring a friend to our organization.
