PHEF President

PHEF President, Kathy Ito, is a business consultant and freelance writer. Key service areas include strategic planning, business/organizational transformation, and operations. Kathy has 25+ years experience in various high-tech industries where she has held engineering, project management, consulting, and executive management positions. Kathy has degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and is a member of the National Associations of Professional Women. Kathy’s real 24x7x365 job is being a wife and mother of eighth grade twins at Weimar Hills Charter School.

PHEF Secretary

PHEF Secretary, Linda Cramer, works as an independent contractor for several environmental consulting firms.  Linda’s areas of expertise include the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater, contaminant fate and transport modeling, and statistical analyses of environmental data.  Before starting her own business in 2005, Linda spent several years managing remediation projects for a mining company. She has also worked for a state regulatory agency and as an employee for a local consulting firm.  Linda earned a B.S. in Mathematics/Education from Northeastern University and a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering fromUtah State University.  In the years between her undergraduate and graduate studies, Linda taught high school mathematics.

Linda’s flexible work schedule allows her to volunteer in various capacities for our local schools. She has also served in leadership roles for her church, 4-H, Girl Scouts and PHEF.  Linda and her husband, Andy have two daughters, Carly and Madeline, aged 10 and 8.
