Since 2005, PHEF has provided close to $600,000 in the form of grants and in-kind services to the Placer Hills Union School District. PHEF’s strives to provide funding and services that benefit all students in the district.
Grant Award History
- 2010-2011 – Total Funded $78,729
SHS will receive $26,650 to help sustain library services and to expand the usage of technology for language arts, math, science and visual arts for all K-3 students.
WHS will receive $38,329 to increase its use of digital instructional methods to all students, to utilize the Kahn Academy approach for 7th & 8th grade math instruction, and to pilot the use the digital History Alive program for 7th grade social studies.
