The Foundation has adopted an allocation process. This is the procedure to be used to gather ideas and choose what projects we can fund. A lot of thought went into the document from many of the people involved with the Foundation, but we know we can’t think of everything. Resources are limited. We won’t be able to fund every idea that’s presented. We tried to make the allocation process as fair and workable as we could so we had an impartial policy to follow, knowing it will continue to improve over time.
