Mini Grants are designed to allow teachers and others to request money directly from the foundation to help fund a specific project, idea or item of interest to them. The grant requests posted on this website have been submitted to PHEF, but PHEF has not made any commitments for funding. Your donations can make these grants happen!

Please be aware of the following:
- Posting a request on this site does not imply endorsement of or obligation to fund the request by PHEF.
- If you donate money to a request identified with ‘Needs full funding’ and the request does not receive full funding from donors by the specified date (or end of school year at latest), your donation will go to the PHEF general fund and might be allocated by the allocation committee for another request. In this case, you will not be allowed to reassign your donation.
- Donations can not be refunded.
- Due to timing of requests, PHEF might have already committed to fund a request yet still post it on the site to solicit support to reimburse the PHEF general fund for the request.
- The current system does not update donated amounts in real time. While PHEF will try to keep it accurate, it is possible that an item might show a remaining amount that is higher than actual due to a delay in updating the overview page. However, in no case will donations in excess of the actual amount be accepted by the payment program. In these cases, the payment program will revise your donation down to the remaining amount needed to fund the request.
